PAKISTAN THRASHED SOUTHAFRICA..........IT REALLY HAPPENED AT AUCKLAND!

SouthAfrica won the toss and asked Pakistan to bat. Pakistan replaced a new opener in the form of Sarfraz Ahmed, a decent batting wicket keeper. Sarfraz successfully gave Pakistan a very nice start, a bit of resistance for Younis Khan for his 37 as he was also struhhling with the form, and yet again Pakistani skipper  Misbah-ul-Haq continued his batting form scoring 4th fifty+ score in the tournament out of five times. Match was disturbed due to rain in result of which it was reduced to 47 overs per side. Pakistan could not perform well after rain in batting as they were all out for 222 in 47th over.

Pakistan was right on top in the bowling as they took 1st wicket in 1st over Irfan dismissing DeCock. A partnership seemed to be developing among Hashim Amla and Du Plesis, but it could not stayed longer as Du Plesis was dismissed by Rahat Ali. From there on they were brutaled by quick wickets by Pakistani bowlers as they were 102-6 at one stage losing Hasim Amla , JP Duminy , Rossouw and Miller in no time.
AB De Villiers was once again on the mood scoring a quick fifty with beautiful sixes. Shoail Khan was the bowler who successfully took 9th wicket when AB edged it in the hands of Sarfraz Ahmed on 200-9. Pakistan tightened the screws on last pair M Morkel and Imran Tahir. Wahab Riaz dismissed Imran Tahir on the total of 202 to sum up the innings.
Sarfraz scoring 49 off 49 balls with 3 sixes and 6 handsome catches behind the stumps. Pakistan won by the margin of 29 runs and now placed at 3rd place in the group opening a chance to qualify for quarterfinals.
